Recruiting Process
We want to be fully transparent in our recruiting and selection process, so you can know what to expect. We also want to make clear that we treat everyone fairly and equally and will only base our selection on the below mentioned criteria.
1 | Get to know Konsultvik!
We will host a number of information events, where we will present ourselves and you can ask questions. We are excited to meet you and get to know you in person! Otherwise, you can also reach out to us via email or one of our social media platforms as well.
2 | Apply to join us!
If you want to join our team, you can fill out our application form, which is available during our application period. The application periods are announced on our social media, so keep an eye on it. How good your passing grades is not important:)
3 | Wait for our decision!
Once the application period is closed, we will review all submissions and make a decision. This decision is largely based on your personal motivation to join us. Skills and previous experiences will only be considered on a secondary level. We have a standardized evaluation form that is used by the entire team to assess each candidate. This ensures a consistent and fair selection process for all.
4 | Welcome to the team!
If you have been selected, we will send you all relevant information and documentation. We will invite you for your first day and provide you and your fellow new starters an introduction to our organisation and community.
Be assured that we will provide you with the relevant trainings and also organise regular team events to strengthen our internal community.
